For a sapient dinosaur do you think I should go with a Khea,Hornbill, or a Raven (or should I just make some animal with all those features)?

I've always been partial to ravens myself... though it might be cool to blend in some hornbill morphology!

You should really draw a picture of them in the early stages of civilization. You know, a big city with some kind of pyramids or something. I don't know, maybe Aztec-esque? It would be interesting to see.

That does sound like a good project. Religious memes spreading through the population, class differentiation, agriculture, a flourishing artistic culture... I've always been a fan of Egyptian, Greek, Aztec, Mayan, and Incan art and architecture. Perhaps a weird blend is in order, with plenty of Tyrannosaur idol worship and strange cults.
